It may be that you wish to revisit your Will to make adjustments because of family circumstances or simply a new idea you may have had. This can either be done as a Codicil, which is in effect an ‘extra addition’, but more usually as a new updated Will encompassing all the changes you wish to make and changes in the tax provisions since your original Will was created. After talking it through, Jonathan will produce a draft for you to consider in your own home and when you are happy, your new Will can be finalised.
