At Corfield Solicitors we offer a fixed fee service in respect of the preparation of straightforward Wills:
Single Will £300 + VAT
Mirror Wills £450 + VAT
Our fixed fee includes our initial meeting to take your instructions; the drafting and engrossment of your Will; and, a further appointment to sign your Will. We do not charge any additional fees for providing the witnesses to your Will nor for storing your Wills in our secure, vaulted storage facility.
There may be unforeseen issues in respect of your instructions which may require additional work that could make the Will(s) more complex and may increase costs in your matter such as (but not limited to):
- The creation of any complex Trusts
- Protecting your estate against future claims
In such an event we would be entitled to charge for our extra time incurred (at our hourly rate of £245+ VAT) and please be assured that should this happen, the problem and subsequent addition to the fixed fee would be fully discussed and approved by you before commencement of the additional work.
